Farm OS started in a kitchen in central Vermont in the winter of 2023, between two people who were tired of tracking 28 beehives and 14 goats on the back of a feed store receipt.
What began as a shared Google Sheet is now an operating system for 40,000+ farmers across 61 countries — orchards in Aomori, market gardens in the Cotswolds, cattle ranches in Patagonia, and a lot of homesteads in between.
